Big disappointment

"I have used and repurchased Follain products for years, so when I finally saw the lip balm in stock I immediately purchased. It is such a disappointment. Polybutene? Synthetic wax? This does not seem up to Follain’s standards. It smells like Vaseline, very cheap and fake, maybe worse. The texture is nice but that’s about it."
